Apply for Verification, Certified Copies or Inspection of Answersheet

Results are out and you're not satisfied with your marks and want to get it revalued by verification or obtain certified copies? Here's the solution to make this easy for you!

The application has to be made within a month from the date of declaration of result of the relevant examination

Online Procedure:

Easiest way to apply is through online as you avoid the process of posting the application to the institute. Incase of Verification, all you need to do is write down your details, such as Roll Number, Name, Registration Number, Month/Year of Exam, in the application in your own running handwriting (NOT in all CAPS) preferably in black ink on a paper. Sign it. Scan it as a jpg file of size 8-200KB (100 DPI) and upload the same. 

The same process is for Certified Copies just instead of writing it on paper, you need to print a declaration on A4 size paper, fill it and scan in the same aforesaid format. Click Here to download the declaration.

Click on the check box for subjects you want to get verification done, certified copies or inspection and proceed for payment.

Fees for Verification: Rs. 100 per paper, For CPT: Rs. 200

Fees for Certified Copies/Inspection: Rs. 500 per paper

The payment has to be made online through Master/Visa/Maestro Credit/Debit Card. Net banking is not accepted. After successful payment, print the screen.

Manual Procedure:

It is mandatory to upload scanned copy of your handwritten request on the portal, failing which you will not be permitted to submit an online request.

In case you are unable to upload scanned copy or not able to login due to any reason, you may send your application along with the Demand Draft for the applicable fee, by speed post/registered post, to The Deputy Secretary (Exams), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi - 110 002 so as to reach them within the last date printed above.
